Good settlement

I managed to settle a case recently. Good car accident case. Client was a passenger. Driver of her vehicle had a stop sign. Driver stopped, then pulled out in front of a car coming from the left.  Client had 2 shoulder surgeries.
I was able to settle it for the $100K policy limits by making a bad faith record. Case is still pending against the other driver. Since liability is mostly on our driver it's hard to make a bad faith record against the other insurer. They made an offer, but it's too low, so we'll go ahead on that one.
That's a good car accident case though.
